"Called ahead to see if they had the size I needed, and he said he only had 2/3 I needed as a set. When I got there I told him how the 3rd tire I needed was because I had one with a slow leak that had already been patched, he went and searched and found me one more that was at slightly less life than the other two so of course it was cheaper. He installed all 3 in less than 45 minutes WHILE helping other customers, answering the phone constantly, and making small talk with me. Very personable, very quick even considering the rush I came during. Amazing prices. I was prepared to go drop 300 bucks for 3 new tires, and instead I got 3 at 80%+ life INSTALLED for less than $100. Too thankful for rafaels'."
