"Even though they were busy, they were very polite and professional. I respect a shop like this and will be going back to them for my tire needs."

"Been going here for so many years, as a kid along with my dad and brother. Southside in my blood forever. You hear bells ring, great Mexican food close by. And handsome Gabriel! So nice! Thank you all for great years of service."

"have to say this place was not only open on sunday and although very busy they were able to make time for myself and my husband.our car so had a flat that walmart would not or could not maybe did not know how to plug a hole in a tire so we took it to rafaels not only were they very nice they had helped us in a time of need. we had just spent our last bill on fix a flat to get the car to another tire shop because walmart was unable to fix the tire. told this to the guys at rafeals and they had no problem doing the repair but also gave it to us as a complimentary service since we were in such a predicament and pay day was just a day away. very nice professional and understanding will definitely get high praises and many future referrals from us......thank you again you were a God send, many blessings, thank you"
