"Spoke with Carlos the week before and he told me to come on in anytime and I did not need an appointment. Five days later I'm pulling in to have a full set of tires mounted and balanced. Not kidding, in and out in TEN MINUTES. Each guy took a tire, then removed it from the rim, then grabbed the new tire, and mounted it, added air, and then rolled it into another room for balancing. All tires done at the exact same time by four different fellas. BRAVO! I'll be back! Thanks guys!"

"I had a tire with a bolt in the tire. It was losing air. I called Rafael Tire, and they told me to bring my truck in, and they would fix it as soon as I got there. When I got there they immediately went to work on the tire. It was removed from the rim and properly patched from the inside, not plugged. The tire was repaired and back on the truck in 20 minutes at most. Friendly reliable service, wow."
